Thompson...He has a distaste for organized religion, people in general and is an asshole all around. The first three issue's chronicle him coming down from the mountains where he's lived for many many years now, to come back to "The City" in order to stop the newspaper from suing him.  This is all set in the future mind you so there's aliens and many other futuristic things that happen but overall, it's funny, smart and just plain awesome. | |
